Plant 1cm deep and 25cm apart in well-drained soil in full sun or light shade and keep the area consistently moist until seedlings establish. As they grow, thin the seedlings out to leave a 20cm gap between plants. Larkspur ‘Giant Imperial’ typically flowers from July to October, offering a long-lasting display of colour and texture through the height of summer and into early autumn. September sowings will flower the following year.
