Product description

Tulip Charming Lady is a delightfully romantic Double tulip that transitions through a gorgeous sunset palette of peach, apricot, orange, and soft yellow as the bloom matures. Beyond its captivating colour shifts, it is heavily prized for its rich, sweet fragrance that easily perfumes the surrounding air in a patio or seating area.

These bulbs thrive when planted in November in a spot that offers excellent drainage and bright spring sunshine. Because they are relatively short and wonderfully scented, they are best cared for in terracotta pots placed directly on patios or along pathways where you can easily smell them and maintain their soil moisture.

These bulbs are supplied at a size of 11-12.

Top Tip

A tip for Tulip Charming Lady is to utilize it prominently in your patio pots and containers. Placing them near seating areas ensures the highly fragrant, sweet scent of these double blooms can be easily appreciated.

How to Water

When it comes to watering Tulip Charming Lady, give the soil a single deep soak immediately after planting to establish the roots. After this initial drink, it requires no further irrigation unless the active spring growing season is unusually dry.

How to Plant

To properly plant Tulip Charming Lady, wait until November and dig a hole roughly 15 cm deep in well-draining loam. Place the bulb firmly at the bottom with its pointed tip facing the sky before covering it back up.
