Product description
Tulip Amber Glow is a classic, deeply coloured variety that produces perfectly formed, cup-shaped blooms in an intense shade of burgundy-red with subtle glowing edges. Its sturdy, traditional silhouette and rich, warming tones make it an exceptionally reliable performer for creating dense blocks of colour in the mid-spring garden.
Plant the bulbs in November into rich, loamy soil at a depth of roughly three times their height. They require very little maintenance other than a deep initial watering to set the roots, but you must leave the green foliage completely intact after the flower fades to recharge the bulb for the future.
These bulbs are supplied at a size of 11-12.

Top Tip
A tip for Tulip Amber Glow is to plant these bulbs in tightly packed, dense clusters of ten or more. Their classic single-flower shape delivers the absolute best visual impact through sheer volume rather than being dotted individually.
How to Water
When it comes to watering Tulip Amber Glow, give the soil a single deep soak immediately after planting to establish the roots. After this initial drink, it requires no further irrigation unless the active spring growing season is unusually dry.
How to Plant
To properly plant Tulip Amber Glow, wait until November and dig a hole roughly 15 cm deep in well-draining loam. Place the bulb firmly at the bottom with its pointed tip facing the sky before covering it back up.
