Product description

Stock ‘Ten Week Dwarf Mix’ is a compact, fragrant annual that packs a punch in smaller spaces. Flowering from June through to late August, it produces clusters of richly coloured blooms in pinks, purples, whites and creams, all with a sweet scent that’s perfect for borders, containers, and cutting gardens. As a dwarf variety, the flowers reach up to 30cm tall, but despite their shorter height, these plants deliver big on impact and are loved by pollinators.

Sow seeds indoors from February to April or directly outdoors from April to May, once the soil has warmed up. If sowing indoors, use trays or pots filled with seed compost, lightly cover the seeds, and keep them at around 15–20°C. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into pots or trays and gradually harden off before planting out in May or June. Choose a sunny, sheltered spot with well-drained soil and leave 15-20cm between plants to allow for growth.

Stock ‘Ten Week Dwarf Mix’ is easy to care for. Water regularly during dry spells, especially while plants are establishing, and deadhead spent blooms to encourage more flowers. These hardy annuals don’t need much fuss, just sun, space, and a bit of attention during dry weather. With the right conditions, they’ll reward you with tall, fragrant blooms throughout summer.
