Product description

Narcissus Growers Beauty is a soft, mid season Daffodil with pale yellow petals and a warm, rounded trumpet that brings a gentle brightness to spring planting. The blooms are neatly formed and carried on upright stems, giving the plant a tidy, balanced appearance that works well in both formal and informal settings. Its subtle colouring allows it to blend easily with other spring flowers, while the warm central trumpet provides enough contrast to create a quiet point of interest in borders, containers, and naturalised areas.

These spring flowering bulbs establish easily in well drained soil and a position in full sun or light shade. Plant the bulbs in autumn, water once to settle the soil, and allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering to support next year’s growth. With simple care needs and reliable performance, Narcissus returns each spring with consistent colour and steady vigour.

These bulbs are supplied at a size of 12-14.

Top Tip

Daffodil bulbs are more sensitive to orientation than many other bulbs, so it’s important to follow the nose‑up rule when planting them. Always make sure the pointed tip is facing upwards, as planting them upside‑down can delay flowering by a full season.

How to Water

Water Daffodil bulbs well after planting to settle the soil, then leave them through winter as natural rainfall is enough. In spring, water only if the weather is unusually dry, and once the foliage dies back in early summer, stop watering completely as the bulbs are dormant and prefer drier conditions.

How to Plant

Plant Daffodil bulbs in autumn, placing them in well‑drained soil at a depth around three times the height of the bulb. Space them about 10-15cm apart, then cover them fully with soil and firm it gently so the bulbs are settled and ready for winter moisture.
