Product description

Cauliflower 'Snow March F1' is a robust, late-season variety bred for exceptional cold tolerance and winter reliability. Producing smooth, snow-white curds with excellent uniformity, it’s the ideal choice for gardeners looking to extend their harvest into the colder months. Its strong plant structure and resilience make it a dependable performer when other crops begin to fade.

Sow these Cauliflower seeds from April to June. Early sowings should be kept under glass until they are ready to move outside, while later sowings can be placed 2-3cm deep directly in a seed bed. When the seedlings produce their first pair of leaves, gradually harden them off before moving them outside between May and July. Transplant or thin seedlings to 45cm spacing in fertile, moisture-retentive soil. These seeds take around 180 days to mature and are ready to harvest from February to March the following year.

This variety thrives in fertile, moisture-retentive soil and benefits from steady feeding and consistent watering. With good field-holding ability, 'Snow March F1' offers excellent flavour and frost protection.
