Product description

Cauliflower 'Autumn Giant' is a robust, late-season variety that produces large, well-protected white heads with excellent flavour and texture. Its vigorous growth and cold tolerance make it ideal for extending your harvest into the cooler months. The plants develop strong outer leaves that shield the curds from frost and discolouration, helping maintain quality as temperatures drop.

Sow seeds indoors from March to April or directly outdoors after the risk of frost has passed. Transplant seedlings into fertile, moisture-retentive soil in May or June, spacing them 45cm apart. Water consistently, especially during dry spells and as heads begin to form. Cauliflowers will be ready to harvest from September to November.

With its reliable performance and resilience in autumn conditions, 'Autumn Giant' is a great choice for gardeners looking to enjoy fresh cauliflower later in the season.
