Product description
These Carrot 'Eskimo' F1 seeds produce smooth, deep orange roots with exceptional sweetness and crunch, even in the coldest months. This late-season variety is bred for outstanding cold tolerance, making it ideal for winter harvesting. The roots store beautifully in the ground, retaining flavour and texture long after frost sets in.
Sow seeds directly outdoors from April to July in light, well-drained soil. Space rows 30cm apart and thin seedlings to 5–10cm if required. Harvest from June right through to January, depending on conditions and sowing time.
Eskimo' F1 is a top choice for gardeners who want reliable performance, excellent flavour, and a crop that stands strong when others fade. These Carrots are rich in Vitamin A and are perfect for roasting, soups, or fresh winter salads.
