Product description
This six pack of Polyanthus Yellow bedding plants are filled with bright yellow colour throughout their flowering period. The eye-catching shade that this plant has is nicely offset by the lush, green foliage that grows below. They will have great impact in the Winter months as they bloom from that period of the year, right through to early Spring, giving them a substantial amount of time to impress within flower beds or plant displays. They can be planted straight from the tray upon arrival and will flourish with ease when given the correct care.
When planting these gorgeous Polyanthus plants, moist, well-drained soil should be present, as well as keeping it placed in partial shade instead of full sunlight. Regular watering is recommended, making sure that the soil is not allowed to dry out at any time.
Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may, therefore, differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only.
Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Top Tip
Deadhead faded blooms to encourage more flowers and keep displays tidy. Polyanthus are excellent for early-season colour and pair well with other spring favourites like primroses and violas for a cheerful, long-lasting bedding scheme.
How to Water
Water regularly to maintain consistent soil moisture, especially during dry periods. Polyanthus dislike drying out, particularly while flowering, but avoid waterlogged conditions by ensuring proper drainage. In containers, check moisture levels frequently.
How to Plant
Plant Polyanthus bedding plants in moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil in full sun or partial shade. These compact, clump-forming plants are perfect for borders, containers, or edging displays, offering clusters of vibrant blooms atop sturdy stems. Space plants 20–25cm apart for a neat, full effect.
