Product description
Hemerocallis Pink Damask is a highly adaptable, iron-clad daylily that forms a polite, stationary clump of arching green foliage. It is prized for its massive, warm terracotta-rose pink blooms that open daily throughout the peak heat of mid-summer, providing a massive hit of warm colour exactly when many early bloomers are fading.
Plant it in any decent soil and provide a reliable supply of water to fuel its heavy floral output. To keep the plant vigorous and prevent the centre of the clump from choking itself out and dying, you must physically dig it up and divide the massive, fleshy root ball with a sharp spade every three to four years.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
Garden Plant Size Guide

Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Instructions
Top Tip
Divide the massive, fleshy root clump of Hemerocallis Pink Damask with a sharp spade every three to four years to instantly rejuvenate the plant and prevent the centre from dying out.
How to Water
Deliver a reliable, even supply of water to keep the root zone of Hemerocallis Pink Damask consistently hydrated without turning it into a swamp. The plant relies heavily on this moisture to pump out its vibrant, terracotta-rose pink blooms. Always direct the water strictly at the soil level to prevent fungal issues from taking hold on the wide leaves.
How to Plant
Position the fleshy root ball of Hemerocallis Pink Damask into a generous hole utilizing highly adaptable, nutrient-rich dirt. Ensure the top of the crown is planted just barely below the soil line so the new leafy shoots can easily break through. Site it in the middle of the border where its arching foliage can gracefully mask the bare legs of taller plants behind it.
