Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Top Tip
Trim back straggly stems mid-season to encourage fresh growth and further blooms. Regular deadheading helps maintain a tidy appearance and extends the flowering period, keeping baskets looking full and vibrant right through the summer.
How to Water
Water regularly to keep the compost evenly moist, especially during hot weather or when grown in containers. Diascia dislike dry soil but also don’t tolerate waterlogged roots, so ensure baskets have adequate drainage to maintain healthy flowering.
How to Plant
Plant Diascia in hanging baskets, containers, or the front of sunny borders using well-drained compost. These trailing plants thrive in full sun and produce masses of delicate, pastel-coloured flowers. Space them to allow room for cascading growth and air circulation.
