Product description

Cucumber Femspot F1 is a high-performing, all-female variety known for its early cropping and excellent fruit quality. Each Cucumber is crisp and packed with fresh flavour, making Femspot an ideal choice for slicing into salads or enjoying straight from the vine. With consistent yields and uniform shape, Femspot F1 is a favourite among greenhouse growers. The fruits are typically 20–25cm long and virtually seedless, making them perfect for fresh salads and snacks.

To grow Femspot F1, sow seeds indoors from February to May in small pots or seed trays. Keep them warm (around 21°C) and transplant into larger containers or greenhouse beds from April, once seedlings are established with 3 true leaves. Provide support with canes or netting, water regularly, and feed with a high-potash fertiliser once flowering begins. The fruits should be ready to harvest from July to September. As a parthenocarpic variety, Femspot sets fruit without pollination, making it perfect for indoor cultivation.

Whether you're new to growing your own produce or are an experienced kitchen gardener, Cucumber Femspot F1 offers outstanding performance and flavour. With its early maturity, uniform fruits, and greenhouse suitability, it's a must have for any greenhouse.
