Product description
The Chlorophytum ‘Laxum’ is a compact, arching houseplant featuring mid-green leaves with crisp white margins. It is closely related to the traditional spider plant but lacks the long runners, growing instead into a dense, attractive mound.
This incredibly tolerant plant thrives in partial sun and is ideal for beginners. Settle it into a standard indoor potting mix with a slightly larger pot to accommodate its fleshy tuber roots, and water it thoroughly once a week when the top inch of soil is dry.
Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
House Plant Size Guide

House plants come in a wide array of shapes and sizes depending on the variety and maturity of the plant.
6cm/12cm/15cm/19cm/23cm nursery pots are the most common size of pot that they are sold in. This measurement is the diameter at the top of the pot.
12cm potted plants are the most popular providing great value for money and an instant impact. Larger plants that come in pots of 20cm+ are great for making a statement in any room and can represent years of growth to get to that level of maturity and size.
