Characteristics: Monstera 'Monkey Leaf' Plants have a very unique leaves when it comes to houseplants. Each striking green leaf has multiple holes within, making this plant very unusual. Plant Advice: These plants will thrive in well-drained, moist soils and situated in warm to hot humidity rooms. Be sure to avoid any direct sunlight as this will damage the development and growth of the plant. Water twice a week during the warmer months and reduce to once a week during Winter. It is recommended to repot once every two years - during Springtime is best to do so.

I have had this plant for eight months and it is happily climbing up the side of the fireplace. I attach it to bamboo with elastic bands and it continues to climb quite happily. I will cut it back if it threatens to take over. Love the cut leaves and the vibrant colour.
