Soil and compost contain essential nutrients that are gradually lost over time, but baby bio plant food replenishes these important nutrients and subsequently allows your plants to thrive, promoting stronger roots, healthier leaves and more vibrant flower blooms. This can be used on all indoor plant varieties and will keep them in top condition year after year.
Easy to use, simply add 5 to 10 drops of concentrated baby-bio per 500ml every time you water, of mix half a capful into a litre of water and feed every 2 weeks. For best results, it's best to use baby-bio when your plants are actively growing.

Product Description

Simply fit the standard pot containing the plant into the cover, eliminating the need for more potting compost. This covering is also watertight so no need to worry about water spilling out.
Characteristics: The Cycas Revoluta, more commonly known as the Sago Palm, is one of the only member of the Cycas genus that is generally sold for growing indoors. This particular plant is not a true palm, despite having the appearance of one. The fronds that the plant possesses are similar to the popular indoor Fern plants. The Sago Palm won't produce a lot of new foliage in it's main growing period, averaging around one new leaf per year.
Plant Advice: The Cycas Revoluta is a slow-growing plant. If you water it when the soil on top begins to dry up, you will give the plant the best chance to thrive. If you over-water or water the crown of the Sago Palm then it will begin to rot over time, so please avoid doing this. In Winter, you can minimise the watering process as it will not require it as much.

The Cycas Revoluta is a plant that possesses a woody-styled base, which is known as a Caudex. This base will allow the plant to hold water for longer periods, but shouldn't deter you from taking care of the plant at the recommended rate. The Sago Palm, as it's more commonly known, has multiple green fronds that are stiff and brittle, which grow in a widespread fashion. You should water the plant when the soil on top becomes dry, but never over-water or water the crown of the Revoluta as that will see the plant rot as time goes on.
