Characteristics: Cherry Sunburst is a variety of fruit tree producing deep, black cherries with an incredibly sweet flavour. This is an early cropping variety, and so cherries will be ready for harvest throughout July.
Growth and spread: These fruit trees can reach an ultimate height and spread of approximately 4 metres.
Care and maintenance: Plant Sunburst Cherry Trees in moist, well-drained soil in a sunny or partially shaded area. Water well in the first year until the plant is well-established and prune after flowering.
Period of interest: Deciduous, green foliage blooms on these garden plants each year from spring until autumn, with cherry blossoms beginning to bloom in spring. Fruits begin to ripen throughout July.
