Product Description
Our GardenersDream plant pot cover provides a stylish look and feel to your houseplants, perfect for placing anywhere around the home. Ideal for pot sizes between 12-13cm, this quality cover is made from 100% recyclable plastic and offers long lasting durability against wear and tear.
Simply fit the standard pot containing the plant into the cover, eliminating the need for more potting compost. This covering is also watertight so no need to worry about water spilling out.
Characteristics: 'Argentea' is a clump-forming perennial plant with beautiful silvery-white leaves with dark green margins. As the plant develops, these leaves will produce a vibrant reddish-purple underside. Due to being evergreen, the leaves will stay with all colours all year round. The plants ultimate height and spread is an average 50cm.
Plant Advice: Picturata plants will thrive in well-drained, moist soils. Situate in a warm humidity room with sheltered sunlight. No pruning is required with this plant. Water moderately when in growing season (June - September) and just keep moist during the winter period. It is advised to repot the plant once every two years - during Springtime is best.

Calathea 'Argentea' are well-known for their evergreen silver variegated foliage during flourishing season. These plants are shade tolerant, so be sure to situate in diffused light. Calathea plants are moderately fast-growing so expect heights of around 50cm when fully grown. They are a lovely addition to any houseplant collection. Experiment over a couple days in your home to find the perfect spot to leave them.
