Product description
Textured green leaves edged in golden yellow create a distinctive two-tone effect, making Salvia Gold an attractive addition to autumn baskets and containers. Also known as Golden Sage, it has an upright growth habit that adds shape and structure to displays, while the aromatic foliage brings an extra point of interest. Supplied as a pack of 6 plants, it is a simple way to introduce colour, texture, and height to seasonal arrangements.
Golden Sage is happiest in good-quality, free-draining compost in a sunny or partially shaded position. Once settled in, it needs little attention beyond keeping the compost from becoming excessively wet, particularly during cooler weather. Trim the upright stems back if they become untidy and remove any damaged foliage to help keep the plants looking neat. This easy-going nature makes Salvia Gold well suited to seasonal baskets, where its colourful foliage can provide interest alongside flowering and trailing plants.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
Garden Plant Size Guide

Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.
