Product description
Rosemary 'Roseus' is a unique and sought-after variety cultivated primarily for the unusual beauty of its blooms, which differ from the standard blue by offering delicate shades of pale pink to lavender-rose. While it retains the classic, resinous pine aroma found in the leaves of all rosemary plants, making it perfectly suitable for seasoning roast meats and vegetables, it is most often chosen by gardeners looking to add a softer, pastel colour palette to their herb border.
This plant is typically grown as a compact, bushy shrub that adds neat structure to the garden or serves as an aromatic specimen in a terracotta container. It is reasonably hardy but thrives best when protected from harsh, freezing winds. For the best results and most prolific pink flowering, plant it in a location with full sun. It is highly drought-tolerant once established and demands poor, sharp-draining soil, as it will struggle and potentially rot if left in heavy, wet ground.
Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only - The plant will be supplied in a growers pot.
Garden Plant Size Guide

Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Instructions
Top Tip
To ensure Rosemary 'Roseus' maintains its compact shape and produces a flush of pink blooms next season, trim the soft green tips lightly immediately after flowering ends. Crucially, avoid cutting down into the woody, leafless stems near the base, as rosemary generally fails to regrow from old wood.
How to Water
Water Rosemary 'Roseus' moderately during its first summer to help the root system establish. Once mature, it is exceptionally drought-tolerant and prefers dry conditions; only water when the soil is parched, as "wet feet" are the most common cause of failure for this plant.
How to Plant
Choose a sheltered, sunny spot with free-draining soil for Rosemary 'Roseus'. If planting in the ground, mix in plenty of horticultural grit to prevent winter waterlogging, or plant it in a pot using a gritty compost mix to ensure excess moisture escapes quickly.
