Product description
Phuopsis stylosa is a low, spreading perennial that produces clusters of tiny, soft pink, fragrant flowers above fine, whorled foliage. Its mat-forming habit allows it to weave gently through planting schemes, adding a relaxed, natural look to beds, borders, and containers. Caucasian Crosswort is especially effective in informal or cottage style gardens, where its soft texture and long flowering period bring subtle colour through late spring and into summer.
This dependable perennial thrives in full sun or partial shade and moist, well drained soil, making it easy to establish and maintain. Water during dry spells to support flowering, and trim lightly after the first flush of blooms to keep the plant tidy. Once settled, it returns reliably each year and spreads gradually to form a soft, low carpet of colour.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
Garden Plant Size Guide

Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Top Tip
Before planting Phuopsis, take a moment to loosen the surrounding soil so the roots can spread comfortably. This gentle preparation helps the plant establish more quickly and encourages a stronger, healthier spread over its first season.
How to Water
Give Caucasian Crosswort regular moisture while it’s settling in, allowing the soil to dry slightly between each drink. During hot or prolonged dry spells, increase the frequency so the roots stay cool and the foliage remains fresh.
How to Plant
Plant Phuopsis in moist, well‑drained soil, setting it at the same depth as it was in its pot and firming the ground gently around the roots. Water thoroughly after planting and give it a sunny or partially shaded position so it can establish quickly and begin to spread.
