Product description
This six pack of Mesembryanthemum Mixed bedding plants will bring a spectacular splash of colour to your garden and you can enjoy its wonderful display all summer long until autumn. A traditional bedding favourite, producing masses of bright coloured daisy-like flowers in a wide variety of shades over fleshy foliage and with leaves that appear to be sprinkled with ice crystals. Early and long-flowering, it is a very useful plant for that baking hot and dry spot where other varieties struggle. Ideal for planting in containers, hanging baskets and borders.
Grow in deep, fertile, reliably moist but well-drained soil. Plant in full sun and it thrives in dry areas, very drought tolerant. Apply a balanced fertiliser regularly through the season. Deadhead as required to remove damaged/dead flowers.

Garden Plant Size Guide
Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Top Tip
Mesembryanthemums close their blooms in low light, so plant in the brightest spot available for maximum effect. Perfect for hot, dry gardens, they create a vivid summer display with minimal maintenance.
How to Water
Water moderately, allowing the soil to dry between waterings. These drought-tolerant plants thrive in dry, sunny conditions and dislike overwatering. In containers, ensure excellent drainage and avoid letting water sit around the roots.
How to Plant
Plant Mesembryanthemum in well-drained, sandy or gritty soil in a full sun position. These low-growing, spreading bedding plants are ideal for rockeries, borders, and containers, offering dazzling, daisy-like flowers that open in bright daylight. Space plants 15–20cm apart for good coverage.
