Product description
Delicate white flowers appear above patterned ivy-shaped leaves, making Cyclamen White a lovely choice for autumn and winter outdoor basket displays. Supplied as a pack of 6 basket plants in a convenient carry pack, it is ideal for planting into baskets, containers, and patio displays where the blooms can be enjoyed during the cooler months. The silver-green leaf markings add extra texture, while the plant’s compact habit helps create a dense and balanced display.
Once established, this hardy perennial is simple to care for, suiting sheltered outdoor locations with partial shade. Also known as Sowbread or Ivy-Leaved Cyclamen, it prefers free-draining compost and should be kept lightly moist while actively growing. After flowering, the foliage will naturally die back as the plant enters dormancy, allowing it to rest before returning in its next growing season. Remove faded flowers and old leaves as required to keep displays tidy.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
Garden Plant Size Guide

Plants in larger pots can be multiple years older than their smaller counterparts with more mature root systems and foliage. This makes them able to thrive as a full size plant in your garden quicker than smaller alternatives.
The most common size of pot that garden plants come in are 9cm/1L/3L/5L this is in reference to the diameter at the top of the pot.
9cm potted plants still remain the most popular cost effective option though, they just may take a little patience to allow them to grow into full maturity once planted in your garden.

Top Tip
Avoid removing healthy leaves while they are still green, as Cyclamen uses its foliage to build up energy for the following growing season. Allow the leaves to naturally yellow and die back when the plant enters dormancy, giving it time to complete its seasonal cycle before resting.
How to Water
Water Cyclamen regularly while it is actively growing and flowering, keeping the compost lightly moist without allowing the basket to become waterlogged. Pour water onto the compost around the edge of the plant rather than over the centre, helping to keep the crown and young stems drier and reducing the risk of rot. During its dormant period after flowering, reduce watering and allow the compost to become drier while the plant rests.
How to Plant
For the best display, plant Cyclamen towards the edges of a basket where the flowers and foliage can naturally spill over and be seen from all angles. Use a moisture-retentive but free-draining compost, leaving enough space between plants for air to circulate around the leaves and help prevent overcrowding as they establish.
