Growth and Spread: Ultimate height and spread of 1.5m.
Care and Maintenance: Your Rosemary Pink will thrive in fertile, moist and well-drained soil composed of Chalk, Loam or Sand. Place or plant in full sun. Best to prune annually in spring or early summer, between March and June.
Period of Interest: Blooms from late spring onward. Fragrant, edible foliage used as cooking herb.
Rosemary Pink, a rosemary variety that has pink flowers instead of the usual blue, is an aromatic garden perennial with green, scented foliage. The narrow, needle-shaped leaves are famous for their use in cooking.
Their woodsy, distinctly herbal aroma is an excellent choice for many different dishes: lamb, goat, sausages, soups, stews, tomato sauces and many more. You can either use the herb fresh, or try drying/freezing it for later use.
