Rosemary Green Ginger is a beautifully aromatic culinary herb which boasts narrow, needle-like foliage and small, blue and white flowers in the leaf axels which bloom in clusters. This shrub creates a stunning floral show as well as bearing several culinary uses.

Plant Rosemary Green Ginger in moist, well-drained soil in full sun, where it will thrive. It’s perfect for flavouring different meats, roasts and vegetables and works exceptionally well in cakes and breads. It can also add an extra touch to cocktails, as well as being an excellent garnish.
