Mint Moroccan is notoriously vigorous and will rapidly take over flower beds if planted directly in the ground. To keep it under control while still enjoying it in the garden, plant it in a large plastic pot and bury the entire pot in the soil, leaving just the rim showing to stop the runners escaping.
