Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics - Evergreen conifer, conical shape with dense branches. Spring growth starts light green then darkens before being joined by a flush of bright yellow foliage giving off a nice contrasting effect. Enjoys full sun and being planted in well drained soil
Growth & Spread - Ultimate height between 0.5m & 1m, spreads to around 0.5m wide
A delightful dwarf evergreen conifer, Picea Rainbows End is a wide spreading plant forming a cone of soft needle clumps tipped with bright green foliage in early spring. The early growth is joined by a second flush of bright yellow foliage which lights up the tips of the plant similar to a christmas tree. Rainbows End is a low-maintenance plant that performs best in well-drained fertile soil, it is also extremely versatile, and looks good at the front of a fully exposed border, or in a rock garden. Ideal planting suggestion would be to surround it with gravel to protect foliage.
