Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics - Evergreen conifer, small shrub with ascending branches, foilage remains deep-bronze/yellow colour all year round. Performs best in well-drained soil.
Growth & Spread - Ultimate height between 0.5m & 1m, spreads to around 2.5m wide
Juniperus Old Gold is a compact, wide-spreading, evergreen conifer that is noted for its long lasting foliage, low-growing habit and versatility in the garden. Considered a slow-grower, this shrub is perfect for planting as a dense ground covering hedge to compliment taller plants in the garden. While it can be planted in shaded areas, displaying it in full-sun gives the added benefit of showing off the fantastic golden-bronze foliage it displays all year round, it looks especially beautiful later in the year when the bright yellow contrasts with the winter snow. This plant prefers well-drained soil and becomes drought-resistant once established, making it an ideal low-maintenance shrub.
