Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: Vigorous evergreen conifer with a bushy, spreading growth habit and arching branches bearing scale-like gold-green foliage.
Growth & Spread: Ultimate height of 0.5 – 1m and spread of 1.5 – 2.5m.
Period of Interest: Year-round foliage interest.
Water & Maintenance: Plant in any well-drained soils. Keep in full or partial sun. Tolerant of drought and poor soils once established.
A spreading evergreen conifer with dense, scale-like golden-green foliage on arching branches, which gains richer hues of green in shaded sites. The Juniperus ‘Aurea’ is a reasonably fast-growing plant and may require some pruning to maintain its shape, or left to grow and spread, giving it a cascading effect when planted in beds, edges or sloped banks.
Plant in any well-drained soil and keep in full or partial sun. Drought tolerant once established. Survives well in poorer soils. Avoid overwatering and constantly wet soils as this may cause root damage.
