Characteristics: Deciduous shrub that produces large, colourful flowerheads. The plants foliage is dark green and is a great contrast against the plants blooms. The flowers are white early on, before gaining a deep pink hue in Autumn.
Growth & Spread: Ultimate height of 2.5 - 4m and an ultimate spread of 1.5 - 2.5m.
Period of Interest: The plant will bloom from July - October. In the early stages, the flowers will bear a white colour and gradually become deep pink.
Water & Maintenance: Plant this Hydrangea in full sun or partial shade. It will require moist, well-drained soil and regular watering until it is established. It will then survive dry conditions, although regular watering is still advised to maintain its colour.
Hydrangea paniculata Living Pink & Rose is a deciduous shrub. It produces large flowerheads that progress from a white colour at the beginning of its growing season, to a deep pink shade in the latter stages. This Hydrangea prefers to be situated in full sun or partial shade. Moist, well-drained soil should be maintained, as well as watering it regularly until it is established. Once this period passes, the plant will survive dry conditions, although regular watering is still advised to maintain its colour.
