• Characteristics: A groundcovering, semi-evergreen perennial with scalloped near-black leaves with ruffled edges and purple undersides topped by wiry stems bearing open panicles of small, white flowers.
• Period of Interest: Year round foliage interest. Clusters of small, white, bell shaped flowers appear in May/June.
• Water & Maintenance: Remove tatty foliage in autumn and divide clumps every couple of years. Avoid dry soil.

Heuchera Black Pearl also known as Coral Bells form a dense groundcovering mound of attractive scalloped, near-black leaves with rosy purple undersides. White flowers that are held on wiry stems by pink calypses appear in the summer and together with its decorative foliage it provides a bold splash of colour to a border or potted arrangment.

Very easy to grow and thrives well in full sun, even keeping its intense black colour without bleaching to brown.
