• Characteristics: A highly aromatic, dwarf culinary herb plant with edible evergreen foliage in and masses of pink flowers in summer. The green leaves are beautifully scented and are an excellent addition to a variety of culinary dishes.
• Growth and spread: Can reach a height of up to 10cm and a spread of 0.1-0.5m.
• Period of interest: Foliage remains all year, whilst flowers bloom throughout summer.
• Care and maintenance: Plant in well-drained soil in sull sun.

Thyme Minimus is a compact, dwarf garden herb with highly aromatic green foliage. The herb’s mat-forming habit makes it excellent for using as ground cover and growing in rock gardens, and foliage will release a beautiful herbal scent when stepped on or crushed. In summer, mauve-pink flowers bloom in plentiful amounts, covering the plant in a sea of colour.

Plant Thyme Minimus in well-drained chalky, loamy or sandy soil and in full sun. It also has culinary uses like other varieties of thyme, and it is particularly flavoursome when added to meat dishes.

Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth.
