Characteristics: A bushy, deciduous perennial herb with small green leaves edged with cream variegation and loose sprays of small pink blossoms. Perfect for use in a variety of culinary dishes and loved by bees and other pollinators.
Growth and spread: Can reach an ultimate height and spread of 0.1-0.5m.
Period of interest: Foliage remains from spring until autumn, with flowers blooming from summer and into early autumn.
Care and maintenance: Plant in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
Oregano Country Cream is a bushy, deciduous, perennial herb plant with small, aromatic, attractive green leaves edged with cream. In summer, tiny pink flowers bloom in loose sprays until early autumn. This is an excellent herb for adding an extra touch of delicious flavour to Mediterranean, Mexican and Greek dishes, but especially ones prepared with lamb meat.
Plant Oregano Country Cream in well-drained, chalky or loamy soil in full sun or partial shade. Harvest leaves as desired, and any which are leftover can be frozen for use during the winter months.

The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
