Growth & spread: Maximum height of 50cm, maximum spread of 30cm
Care and Maintenance: Your Geranium will thrive in a location that benefits from access to full sun or dappled shade. Plant in moist but well-drained soil composed of Chalk, Clay, Loam or Sand. Water when the soil feels dry to touch.
Period of interest: Flowers in summer to autumn.
This flowering perennial is a delightful Geranium variety with bronze tinted leaves and striking flowers that are highly attractive to pollinators. The vivid purple magenta blooms with darker veins culminate to a prominent black eye that lends this variety its name – ‘Dark Eyes’.
Also known as Cranesbills, they are a great option for flower beds and borders, unfussy about lower quality soils and effective as colourful ground cover. You can expect them to reach an ultimate height of 50cm and 30cm spread.
