Festuca ‘Golden Toupee’, also known as Blue Fescue, is a small semi-evergreen plant that forms low clumps of delightfully vibrant yellow-green spiky grass blades. In summer, it’ll release bristly, narrow yellow-green flowers that turn a rich golden brown as they mature.

This variety lends itself to its name – ‘Golden toupee’ - as the grass cushions visually resemble a tuft of hair. This stunning, low maintenance shrub is a recipient of the RHS AGM award for its resilience, consistently attractive looks, and versatility in its use.

Fantastic for use as garden edging or beds and borders, or even in a patio container or a rock garden.
