A floriferous, low-growing, carpeting plant with lovely bright flowers which is great for rocky areas, crevices or spaces in paving. The Erigeron ÔSeabreezeÕ, also commonly known as Fleabane or Beach Aster, is a herbaceous perennial with a compact, spreading habit of waxy, tough blue-grey foliage which sits beneath masses of semi-double, bright lilac-pink flowers with a daisy-like shape and a large yellow centre disc. The blooms appear around early Summer and will provide their vibrant colours throughout Summer in just about any sunny position, growing nicely in rocky positions or even between crevices in paving.
Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soil and keep in full sun. may require consistent moisture during Summer until established, where it becomes drought tolerant. Suitable for coastal areas. Self-seeding.
