Characteristics: Herbaceous perennial with tall flower spires that last longer than other Delphinium varieties. Its bold and stunning blue-purple shades contrast perfectly against the green foliage below.
Growth and Spread: Ultimate height of 1m and spread of 0.5m.
Care and Maintenance: Delphinium will thrive in full sunlight. Plant in moist, well-drained soil and water when the soil is dry to touch. Deadhead any spent flowers and prune frosted foliage in Winter.
Period of Interest: Deciduous, green foliage is joined by tall spires of blue and purple coloured flowers that bloom throughout Summer.
