Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: Fast growing, deciduous climbing shrub with dark green foliage and white flowers appearing from late Spring.
Growth & Spread: Ultimate height of 6 – 8m and spread of 1 – 2m.
Period of Interest: Spring and Summer interest. Small, pure white flowers with yellow centres Appearing from late Spring through to Summer. Occasional flowering afterwards.
Water & Maintenance: Plant in retentive, well-drained soil. Keep in full or partial sun but keep roots cool and shaded.
An especially fast growing variety of clematis, the Grandiflora will quickly establish itself in the garden with its vigorous growth and its beautifully contrasting dark green foliage as a backdrop to the profusion of small, pure white flowers which bloom all over the spreading vines from the early Spring and through to the Summer. A great option for trellis, fencing or wall training in a north-facing site.
Plant in retentive, well-drained soils and keep the upper portion in full or partial sunlight. The roots prefer to be kept cool and shaded.
