Cauliflower F1 Sunset is a unique variety, known for producing orange-coloured heads. The colour of the vegetable is most vibrant when harvested as 'baby heads', however the vegetable is still colourful as a full-size head. The variety can be eaten raw in a salad or as a cooked vegetable.
