• Characteristics: An unusual variety, producing uniform, medium-sized vegetables with pale-green heads with curled, dark-green leaves.
• Sow: Sow from April to May. Start the seeds off in a greenhouse, if weather is cooler.
• Plant: Plant in full sun in a firm, rich well-drained soil. The colour of this variety will intensify with light. Cauliflowers will not tolerate a lack of water or any check in growth. Allow a 45cm distance between plants.
• Harvest: Harvest from September to November.
