Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: Upright evergreen growing habit with broad, dark green foliage and white ruffled flowers.
Growth & Spread: Vigorous columnar growth. Ultimate height and spread of 2.5 – 4m.
Flourishing Season: Pure white double flowers with ruffled peony-like petals appearing in the late winter through to early spring.
Water & Maintenance: Grows best in well drained acidic soil while maintaining moisture. Keep in partial sun or shaded and sheltered.
Camellia ‘Nobilissima’ is a classic breed of the ever-popular Japanese Camellias with its pristine white flowers standing in wide contrast to the rich, deep green of its glossy foliage. This evergreen shrub is one of the earliest flowering varieties, sometimes flowering as early as Christmas and lasting through to the early spring.
Camellia ‘Nobilissima’ is quite a hardy plant and being evergreen will retain its foliage throughout the winter. Plant in well-drained acidic soil and support with ericaceous compost. Maintain soil moisture and keep in partial sun or shaded.
