Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: A hardy, deciduous, upright shrub with a medium-large growing habit that produces long panicles of rich purple-red, scented flowers with an upright habit. Perfect for mixed borders and highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
Growth & Spread: Can reach an ultimate height of 2.5m and spread of 1.5m.
Period of Interest: Spring to Autumn foliage interest. Purple-red flowers July-September.
Water & Maintenance: Water freely when in growth and sparingly otherwise. Prune in early spring and deadhead spent flowers to prolong the season.
Buddleia Davidii 'Sugar Plum' is a hardy, deciduous shrub with arching branches of lance-shaped leaves. This is an eye-catching new cultivar with long clusters of pinkish-red flowers that look amazing when in full bloom and will attract butterflies and other pollinators to the garden. This wonderful Butterfly Bush is very easy to grow and drought tolerant once established, a truly undemanding shrub that offers a long season of colour and interest.
Plant this much admired Buddleia in any moist, well drained garden soil in a suitable sunny position. Deadhead faded buddleja flowers to prolong the flowering season. Prune back hard in late winter/early spring, removing all of the previous year's growth to three or four buds.

Healthy plant
I have just received my Buddlleja David , delivery was very fast only 2 days and free too . The plant was in excellent condition and quite bushy already looking forward to watching it grow and flower . Never ordered from this site before and the reviews on this plant had a few negative comments along with good ones about its condition on arrival but the free postage swung it for me to take a chance with this company and I was glad I did and will do again . Excellent service and healthy plant
