Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: Bushy deciduous growing habit. Lance-shaped leaves and clusters of deep purple, sweet scented flowers.
Growth & Spread: Vigorous bushy growth. Ultimate height and spread of 2.5 – 4m.
Flourishing Season: Large panicles of sweetly scented, deep purple flowers appearing throughout the summer into the autumn.
Water & Maintenance: Low maintenance and easy to grow. Grows well in any well-drained soil. Maintain soil moisture and keep in full sun.
Buddleia ‘Black Knight’ is a fast growing and tough shrub and can be commonly seen growing in wildlife areas due to its rich nectar and attractiveness to a wide variety of pollenating insects. It is a well-known, reliable and easy to grow plant with arching branches carrying large clusters of sweetly scented deep purple flowers that bloom throughout the summer and into the autumn.
Buddleia ‘Black Knight’ is a hardy and tough shrub and will grow well with little maintenance. Plant in well-drained soil and maintain soil moisture. Can be planted in full or partial sun.
