Characteristics: Evergreen perennial with eye-catching, gold-yellow foliage. This popular variety is renowned for its year-round, bright leaves that also bear blue flowers which bloom from Spring into Summer.

Ajuga Cordial Canary is one of the most popular members of the Ajuga genus, largely due to its stunning, gold and green leaves. The foliage brings year-round colour as this plant is an evergreen perennial. Its flowers then appear in Spring, adding a bold, blue colour to its appearance, continuing to show right into Summer. It is great for bringing a spark to borders, pots and containers, whilst also growing to an ultimate height of 0.2m and spread of 0.5cm.
Commonly known as Bugleweed, Ajuga plants cause little fuss in care and maintenance. Place in an area of the garden that gets partial or full shade - exposure to direct sunlight can scorch the leaves. Soil should be kept moist and well-drained, whilst watering the plant well. This variety will also tolerate periods of drought, maintaining its vibrancy in pots, containers and more.
