Top Tip
Avoid over-fertilizing Kalmia, as it can stress the plant. Use a slow-release acidic fertiliser once in early spring to support healthy growth.
How to Water
Water Kalmia regularly, keeping the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. During dry periods, deep watering every week is ideal. Avoid wetting the foliage to prevent fungal diseases.
How to Plant
Plant Kalmia in acidic, well-drained soil with partial shade. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and slightly shallower than its height. Place the plant, backfill with soil, and water thoroughly. Mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
