Characteristics: Vigorous, upright, deciduous shrub with thorned, arching canes carrying lobed, mid-green foliage and white flowers from early Summer followed by golden-yellow raspberries from late Summer.
Growth & Spread: Ultimate height and spread of 1 – 1.5m.
Period of Interest: Summer and Autumn interest. Green-tinged white flowers appearing from late Spring and early Summer followed by clusters of golden-yellow raspberries from late Summer and into the Autumn.
Water & Maintenance: Plant in well-drained, fertile, slightly acidic soil. Keep in full or partial sun in a sheltered position. Water regularly but avoid waterlogging. May require supports.
A hardy and easy to grow variety with slightly thorny canes. The Rubus ‘All Gold’ is a primocane species of raspberry bush with semi-upright stems carrying mid-green foliage and clusters of rich, golden-yellow raspberries which appear around early to mid-Summer, with a potential second crop of berries later in the season closer to the Autumn. The Raspberries are soft and sweet, usually appearing within the first year of planting.
Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil and keep in full or partial sun in a sheltered position. Water regularly until properly established but avoid waterlogging. Some longer canes may require supports.
