Product Description
Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi is an essential product that helps establish your plants, made with mycorrhizal fungi, a micro-organism with which trees have had a symbiotic relationship for millions of years. Once your plants are in the ground, it will develop a highly-active secondary root system, with the explicit purpose of exponentially increasing the uptake of water and nutrients, everything needed in order to allow your plants to flourish.
Characteristics: Fargesia plants are one of the best types of bamboo plant due to their multiple, short canes and delicate appearance. As the new shoots grow, they will have a rusty look to them, however, as they mature, their natural green colours will appear. As the masses of tiny, thin green leaves emerge, these evergreen plants will last all year round.
Plant Advice: Before planting, be sure to add some well-rooted manure or garden compost to allow the plant to have the best possible start in your garden. Water regularly and make sure that if planted in containers or borders, that the plants do not dry out - even during the Winter period - as their light foliage is prone to wind scorch. During Spring, remove any weak, damaged or dead cances as this will encourage fresh and healthy growth for the following season.

Fargesia Ruba are one of the most reliable bamboo plants to have in your garden. Supplied at a height of around 40-50cm, these bamboo plants display various small and delicate canes which will grow and develop with masses of tiny thin green leaves - which are evergreen, so will stay all year round.
