Empathy Bulb Starter 250g ensures the ideal biological conditions for bulbs to germinate, grow and flower. Designed around the recognised rootgrow mycorrhizal fungi, Empathy Bulb Starter also includes vermiculite to ensure good drainage in the root zone and seaweed meal as a source of natural auxins to stimulate root development. The product also contains humates as a source of organic acids for both the treated bulb and soil micro-organisms. Each pack of 250g Bulb Start is sufficient enough to plant 25 bulbs to ensure strong growth and development.

Gorgeous pure white, bowl-shaped flowers appear in mid-spring above the strap-like foliage. This is a beautiful tulip, which will contrast well with dark coloured tulips, such as 'Queen of Night'. Alternatively use it on its own, or with other white-flowering tulips to create a simple but very stylish effect. It is best grown in a sunny, well-drained site and is excellent for cutting.
Garden care: In November or December plant bulbs 15-20cm (6-8in) deep in fertile, well-drained soil. After flowering dead-head and apply a balanced liquid fertiliser each week for the first month.
