Product Description
Our GardenersDream plant pot cover provides a stylish look and feel to your houseplants, perfect for placing anywhere around the home. Ideal for pot sizes between 12-13cm, this quality cover is made from 100% recyclable plastic and offers long lasting durability against wear and tear.
Simply fit the standard pot containing the plant into the cover, eliminating the need for more potting compost. This covering is also watertight so no need to worry about water spilling out.
Characteristics: Evergreen shrub that flaunts green leaves with yellow variegation. Ideal house plant or office plant. Supplied in a 13cm pot, measuring 35-45cm in height including the pot.
Growth and Spread: Ultimate height of up to 1.8m, maximum spread of around 1.5m when grown indoors in a container. Grown outdoors, it'll reach impressive heights of up to 7m.
Care and Maintenance: Your Schefflera will thrive in bright, indirect light. Plant in moist but well-drained soil composed of Chalk, Loam or Sand.
Period of Interest: Year-round bright foliage. May flower in summer.
Schefflera Gerda, commonly named the Umbrella plant, is an evergreen shrub that showcases green, palmately lobed leaves with attractive yellow variegation.
Umbrella plants are easy to care for and can tolerate a certain amount of neglect, making them an excellent choice for a beginner gardener or a plant lover with a busy schedule. Will grow well indoors in a container.
Your Schefflera will do well in a position that benefits from indirect sun, and will love being placed in a humid environment. Water thoroughly, first making sure that the soil in the pot has completely dried out. Be cautious to avoid overwatering.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth.
