Soil Type: Classed as loamy sand with a combination of topsoil, horticultural sand, and soil conditioners.

Features: A free-draining soil that is light and friable. Easy to use and spread, even in wet conditions. Analysed to BS 3882:2015 as suitable for residential home-grown use. Contains GroRight® Lawn Establishment Fertiliser.

Suitable For: Laying under new turf or freshly sown grass seeds.

Bag Size: Approx. 500ltr/0.5m³ (when packed).

Coverage: 10m² at 50mm depth.

Rolawn Turfing & Lawn Seeding Topsoil is the perfect base for fresh turf and grass seeds. The built-in fertiliser gives new lawns the best chance of flourishing into lush, green spaces.

Specifically formulated for lawns, this topsoil is easy to work with and provides an even base, bursting with nutrients to promote early establishment. It is free-draining to help prevent grassy areas becoming water-logged, and its peat-free composition is screened to 20mm to ensure minimal stone content.
