• Characteristics: Deciduous climbing shrub with viny shoots carrying some spines and grey-green foliage as well as panicles of small white flower around mid-to-late Summer followed by sweet, fragrant raspberries.
• Growth & Spread: Ultimate height and spread of 1 – 2m.
• Period of Interest: Summer interest. White flowers appearing around late mid-to-late Summer. Sweet, aromatic Yellow Raspberries.
• Water & Maintenance: Plant in well-drained, fertile, slightly acidic soil. Keep in full or partial sun in a sheltered position. Water regularly but avoid waterlogging. May require supports.

A viny deciduous variety of Raspberry with brightly coloured, sharp but sweet Summer to Autumn fruit. The Rubus idaeus ‘Blondy’ is a mid-Summer flowering breed with dense, grey-green foliage and loose clusters of small, 5-petalled white flowers which are followed by tart, sweet raspberries with a bright honey yellow hue.

Plant in moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil and keep in full or partial sun in a sheltered position. Water regularly until properly established but avoid waterlogging. Some longer canes may require supports.
